2.YEJ Electromagnetic Brake Three Phase Asynchronous Motor
YEJ series DC brake motors, designed according to lECstandard,are totally-enclosed fan-cooled squirrel-cage threephase asynchronous motors with additional electromagneticbrake disc in DC direct current. The motor with removablefeet is made of aluminum-alloy die-casting. Various mountingmode is available.lt has a lot of advantages including beautifulmodeling,compact structure, high efficiency, large startingtorque, prompt braking, excellent performance, low noise, lowvibration etc. Besides, the brake has a manual release devicewhich allows the brake function of both manual and electricarelease and is convenient for using.
YEJ series DC brake motors are suitable for the machinery that requires prompt braking, correct positioning, repeatedrunning, frequent starting and avoiding slipping, such as elevating machinery, transportation machinery, packingmachinery, food machinery, printing machinery, weaving machinery and reducers etc.The Dc brake disc is assembled on the non-drive end shaft. When the power is supplied to the motor, the brake alsobegins to work. The magnetic force absorbs the armature and presses the spring. Thus, the disc is disconnected witharmature and end shield, and the motor begins to run. When the power supply is interrupted, it doesn't exert themagnetic force and the armature is pushed by the spring, compresses the brake disc, thereby creating a braking action.
YEJ series motors have the same mounting dimension as YE series.
